Catalus Corporation in Galeton is looking for individuals who want to become part of a family owned and operated business for over 80 years. Entry-level positions offer competitive pay and excellent benefits packages including medical, dental, 401k, and company paid life insurance. Starting rate $14.24.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Performs repetitive loading/unloading of various parts to and from production equipment.
  • Replenishing parts in proper quantities to maintain production flow.
  • Requires simple unskilled handling of a variety of parts with normal dexterity and coordination.
  • Checks materials prior to loading for obvious defects.
  • Clears minor feed jams.
  • Visually checks, sorts, counts and hand packs parts.
  • Inspects parts for cracks, burrs or other imperfections.
  • Places finished parts into bags, containers, or cartons for shipment.  Requires close supervision.
  • Responsible for quality and quantity of work.
  • When utility work is slow, works where needed.
  • Additional schooling may be required.
