Catalus Corporation Powder Metallurgy Manufacturing Facility

The proud, new addition to the Catalus family is our state-of-the-art Powder Metallurgy Manufacturing Facility, which will come on line in 2019. Located adjacent to the St. Mary’s airport, the Catalus Manufacturing Facility was designed from the ground up to maximize cost effectiveness, flexibility, speed and quality of manufacturing. Clean, healthy and green, the facility represents the latest effort in our commitment to serving our clients with the world class production they’ve come to expect from Catalus over the past 80 + years.

About Powder Metallurgy Manufacturing at Catalus

Along with Catalus’ quality assurance programs, IATF-16949 certification, we feature top-of-the-line equipment, tooling capabilities and secondary finishing operations. Our metal forming process ensures we can make parts others simply can’t create, which is just one of the ways we stand out against other powder metallurgy manufacturers.

Currently, there are two facilities dedicated to the green manufacturing process. Complementing the efforts at our 112,000 square foot facility in Galeton is a green research and development center. The ideation process generated will transition into full-fledged production in either our St. Mary’s or Galeton manufacturing sites.
